Pros: Reasonable pricing and knowledge of Vipers
Cons: (Did Trey call him a "prick"?) lol $ seems to be the motivation for customer service.

Double billed my credit card with first order. He took care of it, but between his "anything else cause I got 5 lines ringing" and his "honest" mistake...I call Chuck Tator for parts.

Pros: got most stuff
Cons: makes you feel insignificant unless you spend more money than anyone else

I think partsrack have poor customer service, marginally good prices and are really convinient. They seems to have everything i wanted, at moderately good prices but they could get me everything without me having to go to many different sources -and that is convinient.

But, the lack of customer service, and the implied message that you aren't important unless you spend plenty of money made me take my business elsewhere. I ask to be respected and treated fairly and well by anyone i do business with irregardless of how much money i spend (if i spend more money i expect better discounts, not better service).

Cons: customer service is the worst

About 6 months ago I order a Cockpit Cover For RT-10's and there was a problem with it. The three theft-guards are too far apart to fit in the trunk lid, and the piping around the edge is not sewn together all the way around. I spoke with JonB, he was in a hurry with two calls holding, and I was told to "Please return it to TEAM TECH at original address, and they will swap it out". That would be fine had I kept the box but I didn't. I received the cover a couple of weeks ago, and just put it on few days ago only to find this problem. I was also told that shipping it back was my responsibility and I would only receive credit for future purchases from him. I was not pleased with that remedy and was chastised by him with the response of "You own a $90,000 car and you are going squabble over $9 for shipping?". How much money I have spent on my car has nothing to do with customer service to my knowledge and that was offensive and unhelpful.

I have no receipt with Team Tech
I have no phone number for Team Tech
I have no contact at Team Tech
I did not buy from Team Tech

I guess in the future I will buy from Team Tech!!

To finish the story ,Team Tech call me two weeks later ,Told me they are sending a new one and to ship the old one back when I get it. So to order this costs about $18.00 for shipping from jon B.

Jon B's customer service sucks
And jon, I found the star tech wheels you said I could not get chromed. THAT A $9000 YOU LOST IN SELLS.

Pros: Considered a "Go To" person as far as I'm concerned
Cons: Gotta be his demeanor....some take it wrong.

For parts....first person I call. Even when I have needed a part for something I DIDN'T buy from him...it arrived in 2 days! Yes, he has a "different" demeanor, but he is "meat and potatoes", not champagne and caviar....one just needs to look past that.

Pros: great shipping time.
Cons: Can be rough around the edges.

He can be difficult at times, but the last couple of times I have talked to him, he has been pleasant. I would say give him a chance.

Pros: has alot of Viper knowledge
Cons: His advice has a price tag and he thinks one should buy something evrytime they call

His expectation once he spends a couple of moments on the phone with you is that you will be purchasing the item from him. I spoke with him about stainless steel brake lines for about 3 minutes. I said I would get back in touch with him and he gasped a deep breath and said "you mean you are not going to buy them, what are you waiting on"

I bought them from Macedo at a cheaper price.

To me the money is secondary to how I am treated. He will stay in business because of his resources to get parts at a resonable price, NOT BECAUSE OF HOW HE TREATS POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.

Pros: Very knowlegeable, fast shipping, great service
Cons: none

I have never had an issue with Jon. He has always been helpful. My first time calling him, he spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me and I did not buy anything. My first purchase was small, but over time, I have purchased more expensive items. Great vendor...use him!

Cons: All dealings were great with Jon B

Jon B knows alot about Vipers and was great to deal with and I would buy again from him!!! I bought a set of HRE Wheels from him and they were perfect and I received them earlier than I expected. Thanks Jon B for your service!!!!

Cons: Customer Service is HORRENDOUS

Let me see, RUDE RUDE RUDE spend your money elsewhere at all costs. He gets a ZERO from me, so much so even with my credit card in my hand to order thousands of dollars worth of stuff he told me he didn't have time and to go online. He was also arrogant, condescending and rude to me. How he is in business is because of the limited target market and lack of competition in the Viper community. If I was broke down in front of his shop I would rather push my car 900 miles to a different place than purchase equipment from him. I have high self esteem, therefore it is incumbent to be treated fairly with respect from people I turn my hard earned money over to. PEOPLE WAKE UP AND DOLLAR VOTE WITH THE MANY GOOD VENDORS!

Cons: very poor customer service

Called and placed an order for headers and cat delete kit. He forgot to put cat delete kit with the order but still charged me for it. Told him he forgot to include them and he denied that I ever ordered the cat delete kit, even though he charged me for it. Make a long story short, had to call belanger and have them send me a cat delete kit since parts rack and belanger work together. Will never order from parts rack again. He scrutinizes the customers over the phone and always assumes hes right.
