Windshield Molding Problems?

771 Views 9 Replies 6 Participants Last post by  par
RT10 Owners,

This also applies to GTS owners as well, but when I get in the car, I use my left hand, hold on to the upper left corner of the windshield/molding and "ease" myself in. This car is never left outside and so it's not as if the sun is "baking" the glue off but it seems to have less integrity than the rest of the windshield molding. I think its due to my car entering strategy. Does anyone else have this same problem? I addressed this to RT10 owners because we usually do not have the roof on to hold on to. If any of you have encountered this...what did you do about it. Thanks to all.

I dunno.. i just slide in backside first, then flip my legs around.. if anything i might grab the steering wheel.. try a different entry? ;)
Makaha are you old and have weak leg muscles? /images/graemlins/laughing.gif Toss your butt in and then swing your legs in.

I was implying that they were all taking me to be a sissy...laugh at yourself sometimes Toby, it's good for you. I appreciate levity, even if it is at my expense.
