It's starting to get cold in TN...tried to put the windows in for the first time last week and I could not get the two hooks to grab a hold of anything. The bottom of the window kept raising up from the top of the door. I had to hold the window down, just so that I could close the door, then it sort of stayed put. Anyone run into this? Is there an easy fix for this before I tear into the door.

Also, starting realize what a pain the soft top and soft windows are. Is there any place one can find a good deal on a hardtop and some vmania windows?

Yes I had the same problem, I ended up putting light oil(3 in 1) on the latches down inside the door. Then repeated pushing the windows hooks in and out of the latches to work the oil in, haven't had a problem since, hope that works for ya.

you may want to consider lithium grease. It will last longer.
