Spray, if you have windows like I do, I just go to START>PROGRAMS>ACCESSORIES>PAINT. Then you can open (file>open) the pic into paint. Then under Image go to Stretch/Skew and put in smaller percentages. I know there are other probablt better ways, but I am not well versed with pc's so this is the easiest way I know.

ps - once you save the new pic go into attributes and makes sure it is less than 80000.

Spray, have you tried "paint". If so are you making them smaller with % in stretch/skew? If you are trying to make them smaller in attributes the number of bytes does not decrease, only the dimensions of the pic.


With the 94000 pic, you probable only have to go down 95% or so, not much at all.

The only other thing I can think of is, are you saving the pics after the change with "save as" and making a new title. I think if you just hit "save" it does not rechange the size. Other than that I dunno....
