Why change from the stock seats? I always loved the stock seats. Looks nice, tho.
Sit in an SRT...the seats rock...the suede inserts keep you from sliding around, the lumbar support is lower, where it should be...and the headrest is functional...thigh support is extended...just an all around better seat...

BUT...a complete and total bitch to adapt to a GenII...although the second seat took 1/3 of the time the first one did...

And yeah...they look freakin rad...I'll get better pics today...gotta roll around and break my new clutch in easy...

The question I have is... Where did you get them? I know you didnt shell out the cash Dodge wants for them. Second thing is... It looks like it doesnt fit well. I like the look of the stock seat myself. But, Im sure you cant go wrong with the SRT seats. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

LDY stated the same thing about the seat.

What mods does it take to make it fit into a Gen II??

After about two days of trying out different ideas, I have finally come up with a fairly sweet method using a "modified" Northwind GenII 2" lowering kit...be advised, neither seats move forward or aft now...Not a problem for me, since no one else drives my car, unless they just wanna "feel" the N20...You have to completely remove the stock tracks, or they are way too tall...This isn't even remotely as easy as it is on the GenII seats... If anyone is interested, and runs down a pair of seats, I can type up a very specific "how to"...

They actually fit quite well...barely...there is no doubt they are bigger than the GenII seats...Probably why they "feel" better...much more comfortable...I'll get better pics today, they are both in now...
