They obviously broke the law.........threaten prosecution and request your money back or compensation in the amount of the average difference between a 15k Viper and a 30k Viper.

Since the car was on consignment and somebody else brokered the deal...who would you threaten to sue, the original car owner (I assume) since the title is/was in his name??
