Quick question! when a vehicle history report includes a window sticker what exactly is shown there? Is it the original manufacturer sticker with all the options and pricing, or just a simplified version?

I’ve seen it pop up on a few reports and just want to know how accurate or detailed it really is. Appreciate any insights!

Yeah those stickers that come with some reports are basically recreations of the original Monroney label, not just a short summary. They’ll usually have the MSRP, trim level, engine and transmission, exterior and interior colors, plus a breakdown of standard features and optional packages. Some even include EPA mileage ratings and safety ratings if they were available for that model year. I’ve seen people compare them to the real dealer sticker and they were spot on. I ran across @detailedvehiclehistory on Instagram when scrolling another forum and noticed they post examples of these full stickers, so it seems like the good ones are pretty detailed. It’s definitely more than a simplified list.
