I'm sure if it was Italian you wouldn't be complaining. /images/graemlins/yes

Sure I would.

I want D to leave C alone. When I buy a Dodge I want a Dodge. And all the little fuck ups that may go with it.

The "takeover" is a bunch of shit. They are doing what they want to C and not what is good for it.

I don't think the Nazis give a damn if the C in DC goes away. Just makes more room for them to do their thing.

I don't like MB cars and never will. Stodgy old mens cars, no matter how fast or how many HP they have. Boring looking old cars. :twocents:

Now if they put a S/C or Turbo Viper engine it that concept. :thumb:

I think it is awesome. I'm just glad they are not ignoring Chrysler products and just pushing the high horsepower MB's.
Dissapointed that it's not the Viper Coupe.

Not all that keen on big money experiments that may never see the light of day...if it does? Cool beans but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I think that even though it may have the numbers to back up the claims, I'll never be able to say "Chrysler Supercar" without choking.

The Chrysler wings on the front look like a sad afterthought...like a big ugly sticker that a child would place on the thing as he walked by.
Check the tail lights on this mofo! /images/graemlins/shocked /images/graemlins/shocked /images/graemlins/shocked

I know you don't mean (or don´t know the meaning of the word Nazi) what you are saying, but I can´t laugh about this one Jerome.
The shape reminds me of a Pagani Zonda (rear shots anyway).
I like it, but what is it? I mean, I know it's a Chrysler concept, but what's the name, specs, etc.?
There is a link in anything goes that has all the specs (850HP 850Ft Lbs, 2800 weight).

I did not mean to offend any of our German friends here at all. What I meant with that, is that those who stole Chrysler from us are the Nazi's.

I don't lump all Germans into the class of Nazi. I did work for one so I know a little about them. He told me all about what he did in the war and all about how the Holocaust never happened. His words, not mine.

Sorry if I offended you.

It looks like a pangini, a veryon, and a GT90 all got it on somewhere and this is the product. I sort of like it though. I have to see it in person.
Funny you'd mention the GT90, I was just telling somebody about that this weekend. First time I'd thought about it in many years. I went back and dug up some pictures... it's a lot uglier than it seemed back then (not that I ever really liked it much).

TThis thing reads (and looks) sweet.

The heart of the ME Four-Twelve is its all-aluminum, quad-turbo, 6.0-liter V-12 engine. With electronic sequential multipoint fuel injection and a 9.0:1 compression ratio, the ME Four-Twelve’s AMG-developed engine delivers 850 bhp @ 5750 rpm, with 850 lb-ft. (1150 N-m) of torque between 2500 and 4500 rpm on premium unleaded fuel. The specific power output translates to 142 bhp/liter, and with a curb weight of just 2880 lbs. (1310 kg), the ME Four-Twelve has the weight-to-power ratio of 3.4 lbs/bhp – each of these sets new performance records and new benchmarks in the super car category.

0-60 mph in 2.9 seconds
0-100 mph in 6.2 seconds
quarter mile in 10.6 seconds at 142.0 mph.
estimated top speed of 248 mph

The 7-speed Ricardo Double Clutch Transmission was developed specifically for this vehicle and features the latest double wet-clutch technology and electronic control strategy. The exclusive ME Four-Twelve transmission delivers uninterrupted torque to the rear wheels with 200 millisecond shift times.

I keep wondering why they're going to supposedly start building this next year when they've already got the Mercedes SLR ready to go. It's a great concept, but how big do they think this two-seat supercar market is anyway?
