Any opinions on the best Viper Tech in OC California. Went to one dealer, won't mention names, but not impressed.

I'm not that familiar with socal so one of those guys should chime in here, but I do know Dan Cragin and he is a great guy and great tech. He used to be a Tech at a dealer but now has his own shop - The Viper Shop - in LA.

Jenkins is just north of San Diego. The only option that you have in OC is probably at Neighborhood Service in Irvine. Richard McCracken in the service manager there. They are pretty straight shooters over there.

I also heard that Cragin is doing some warranty work. He's in Culver City.
