No, I am NOT supporting the VCA. I just received my region's (NY/CT) jacket and I think the embroidery is pretty nice. I believe it's $130 with your name on the front. Just figured some may want a nice looking jacket that isn't over $250. You can have the red eyes with any color combo.

Well OK . It's a typical silkish exterior (obviously some rayon type material) that's has a thick quilted lining (this is not a fold and leave in your trunk for 60 degree nights kind of jacket as it's too heavy). Has a flight (squadron) jacket kind of look to it as the vertical "flap" behind the front zipper extends out far from the zipper side of the jacket to insulate the zipper from wind (ouch....I know that word will get me in trouble). It's a good deal for the $.
