Here is a caution about brake rotors... Eradispeed are one of the better ones but nothing beats the Quality of true Brembo or AP racing rotors. You get what you pay for.
You could choose a cheap, generic brand of rotors to go on your Viper and save a few dollars...but first ask yourself if you really want to. PowerStop, PowerSlot, & StopTech rotors are all generic brand rotors that have been drilled or slotted. PowerSlot & PowerStop both use a company out of Taiwan called Mountain Rotor. They buy generic sized rotors by the pallet, ship them to the USA, and slot or drill them... or worse, BOTH!! These are the exact same rotors you can get at AutoZone for $25 a rotor except with holes in them! You can purchase these rotors or...
Buy genuine Brembo rotors with Brembo quality. They are the same size as your stock rotors and fit 100% under stock calipers and stock wheels so no other upgrades are necessary to use these rotors. Every rotor is cadmium plated to prevent rusting. Each rotor has been X-rayed and is of the highest quality metals. Cheap rotors contain a high content of sand which causes them to crack under heat and stress. Brembo blank rotors consist of a much lower content of sand than the competition.
Just a simple FYI. If you want to truly be a poser, buy all the slotted and holed rotors you can. Today's pad technology dictates differently. Porsche does not use a slotted rotor on their Cup cars. Although they are the ones who started the rave about holes.
Also know that the vanes that are CAD designed to pump air from the hub through the rotor for cooling become USELESS the minute you drill the rotor. This reduces the effective cooling of the rotor and caliper causing overheating of your brakes. Holes are not for cooling but for the de-gassing of OLD pad technology. Not needed in today's performance pad market.
Slotting is only minutely better as now you have a Cheese Grater slicing your pads if it is not radiused properly.
The bottom line is do not take short-cuts in the braking department. How much is your deductible? How much would you spend for a quality part? How much is that depreciable loss for a Viper that has been wrecked? Thousands!!! Will you put the final value of your Viper on the line for a $900.00 brake upgrade?
