Hello I'm new to this form and Vipers in general, well the current situation is I own a C6 I'm a college student and the thing never wants to leave the shop. I'm trying to weigh my options here and Ive been thinking of a low mileage 2000-01 viper. I was wondering what are the pros and cons and differences between the GTS and other Vipers and could I pick up what I'm looking for for around 50000.

If you plan to mod it get a 97-99, they come with forged pistons stock and a more agressive camshaft. 01+ get ABS and 18" wheels but go to a mellow cam and cast pistons. Double check your insurance rates too, you may find it is 3x as much as the tupperware.
