He was just being obnoxius in every topic and every point to the point it was becoming boring, predictable and very annoying. The cursing and the personal attacks didn't exactly work in his favour either.

Since he didn't want to change his ways, and this board isn't going to be rhytm's playground, its our playground the members decided it's best if we walk separate ways. Not gonna get into a debate about this, cause I know it's biased but, after reading ryhthms posts it looks like he was being attacked and he simply defended himself. And the way he did it, you simply didnt like it. It was even in the middle of your "smack fest 2003" or some shit like that. Face the facts, you people SIMPLY didn't like the way he did it, and/or couldn't handle it. Thats all there is to it. But it's cool, doesn't bother me at all. You just will NEVER see me take part in banning someone, cause frankly(since we live in the USA, and since I am an american, I belive in free speech, obviously so does rhythm, and you don't)...BANNING is for bitches. Dude, i wasn't even a part of that vote (i was in an airplane). I'm just relaying what was being said.

And i do take free speech seriously. But make no mistake that free speech does not mean that you can say whatever you want, whenever you want.
Free speech in a democracy means that you have to follow the rules that the group sets forth. If you don't like the rules, you may try to change them. If you break the rules you will be punished. If you believe free speech is being allowed to say anything at any time, then you are mistaking democracy for anarchy.
We do not have anarchy, we have democracy. And the case of rythm (wheter you like it or not) is a example of democracy. Perhaps not the best shining example of democracy, but still democracy. Now, use the system and change the rules if you don' like them. This is a members site, governed by members wishes. It is not supposed to be a site governed by an elite.
