THIS CRANK COMBINED WITH CUSTOM RODS AND A 30 OVER PISTON WILL NET A 55 CID GAIN FOR 543 CID. IF YOU WANT TO PUSH IT, YOU COULD GO AS BIG AS 550 CID WITH A 60 OVER PISTON. WHAT DOES ALL THAT MEAN IN TERMS OF POWER. WELL IF YOU HAVE A STRONG HEAD/CAM GTS MAKING 550-570 RW HP, THEN YOU COULD ADD 60 RW HP OR MORE DEPENDING ON COMPRESSION. TORQUE WOULD INCREASE 70+ RW TQ.
GEN 1 GUYS, THE SAME GAINS APPLY BUT WILL BE A BIT STRONGER AS YOU ARE ONLY RUNNING 9.0:1 COMPRESSION WITH YOUR STOCK PISTONS (VS. 9.6 ON GEN 2'S).
