Well.... today I took my 1996 RT/10 into a new dealer to check a hesitation/lean out condition I have had for a few weeks.

Seems he has determined that I have the dreaded head gasket issue? I do have the Added Care Plus extended warranty... so it seems I am getting a complete Arrow rebuild?

That's a mixed blessing since my Viper will be out of commission for at least five weeks!!!!

Wish me luck... anyone have any experience with this situation? What should I watch for?

Sorry to hear about this, but I have heard good things about the Arrow rebuilds.

You may want to think about throwing in a new clutch since the car will be apart. You also may want to think about any other mods that normally would require lots of labor. AKA...headers, exhaust, lightweight flywheel etc etc.
