You always get mixed response from the ricer community. the WRX guys don't like them, but the 3000GT guys do, etc. etc.

There are some higher end fuel controlers (HKS makes a good one, and Split Second's ARC-2 system is real nice) but for the money this thing can't be beat. Some people had erratic idle w/ the unit, much of it was caused by the end user.

I've used them in the past and had no troubles with them on my VR4. You own a 3K don't you?

James,
Glad you decided to go with my suggestion and use the AFC and MSD setup.
The AFC install instructions are on my website http://www.cmperformance.com

Don't forget you still need the programmable gain rising rate fuel pressure regulator
to tune out the lean spot you will get during the onset of boost. The Cartech/Bell
engineering regulator is by far the best.

keep us posted,

Dave.

I've put the TT project on hold. Looks like i'm going to be building another house soon, so i'll be selling my RT most likely. Works out though, when it's done i'm going to get a gen2 this time around. Hope to pick up a gen1 RT as well.
