Trusted Tuners or Scams ? You Decide.
The following information has come across to me and the persons in question would like to get your input on their serious matter. This is a true story that will soon be out to the public.
If you were getting a stroker motor installed, would you expect to get your block installed and all upgraded parts that came on your car like a 10 quart oil pan etc...What if you found out that your block had been changed to an older one and your upgraded pan etc... were now gone. I know TNT will be named in a Civil suit in the near future. There is very questionable practices where it comes to motor block vin # not matching the Viper block. Also the parts taken off the car and parts of lesser value installed back on. Also parts that we're paid for that were never installed. TNT thinks this will go away it won't.

You are talking about rumors and hearsay, others are talking about personal experiences. There is a huge difference. If the person that this alleged swap wanted to comment here, then I would have no problem with it, but for you to come here and try to make others look bad, well is wrong and I, for one, don't want to hear about it. Again, this is hearsay. I could start 100,000 threads abou Hennessey from what I read on the boards, of course I never would because I have never had any experience with him and for all I know, he's a great guy.

By looking at these posts you should know or be able to know whats going on. You will find tht this is not a slam fest, but te truth. Do some research. You can't ban him because I asked him to bring this up. It was my f-n block and from my 2001. Call N.W. Dodge where Carlos did the vin check.
I gave them my 2001 to build and now I have a 1998 block from a 199RT/10 from Calif. The motor had a tap noise and I brought it back. They fixed it at no charge, gave the car back, not one word about a block switch. A vin check shows the block is from a 1998

VJ - If it's true, then that sucks and TNT should do what it takes to correct the matter. What I question is your motive for the story and what makes you feel it is necessary to post such a story. How were you affected by this?

Why would he have to have a motive? Maybe he is doing this because he does know that there are some great Tuners out their. You should want to know where you can send your Viper and sleep at night. I want to know where I shouldnt send one. Now please explain to me why would he have to have a motive to post other than information?
When I started the ViperJudge, It was to get out many stories that people didn't want to bring up for many reasons. I slammed people I didn't even know. It was wrong. Since then I have made a good friend that I send emails to several times a day. I found out that he was a different person than I thought he was. I knew about his story, then he filled me in on the details. he didn't want to bring this public, so i didn't say a word. TNT was going to fix this on their own terms, but they we're not going to do the right thing. After the lawyers talked ,my friend got the impression that they figured it would go away, so they didn't want to do anything about it. This is total BS !!! I don't like what happened to this good man, so I will post. He wanted to get a feel for what the viper community thought about this. Not getting into a pissing match between some members and the Judge. Also I think he wanted some direction from you guys. I might be wrong about somethings, but these are the pure facts.
So if it is genuine that the guy (jkracer) wants some feedback for what he should do here are my few cents;
First try to get them to return his engine with his parts. Use an independent third party to verify that his car is restored to the condition it should have been in the first place.
IF this doesn't work; go the courts route.
Then, when the filing is done, post the court docket here and what claims you have.
Finally, if these allegations are true i say shame on whoever did this. It's not something i'd like to have done to my vehicle or any of my friends. A 98 instead of a 2000 engine? That is a friggin scam on a grand scale.

I already knew exactly what was going on. I just didn't have permission from Rohn to talk about it.
I also know the story but have kept quiet in respect to Rohn (jkracer). It was up to him to bring when and HOW to bring it to light. Rohn has always been stand up to me. I have no reason to doubt his story which has been verified by NorthWest Dodge (Carlos).
