Thats a Kleemann Benz. Thing should put out about 562 hp and 718N-m of torque..do your own conversion to ft-lbs. BUT, it WILL spank a stock viper in the 1/4...badly

kleeman is a new turner in the MB market. their claim to fame is their superchargers.... they will put a clk55 at over 500rwhp. those suckers will fly! kleeman cant compete with the likes of Brabus, Renntech, etc. but they have some pretty cool shit

I'm not a huge fan of yellow, plus the tires look too narrow for the wheels with the rim lip sticking out, and it looks odd. But the body kit is subtle, and I like the looks of the new SL as well.

The two sore spots are that it probably costs a lot more than the higher-end SL55 and has only 65HP more, and the second problem is that the SLs weigh between 4200 and 4500lbs, so I'm not so sure that they will be be spanking a stock Viper badly after all, let alone most people's modded Vipers. This is a $$$ tuner car after all.

Similar to this Kleeman SL55K is there E55K which offers similar power in the E-class body, and in similar fashion, the stock E55 is fairly close in performance stock, and they can have the same power with a chip and pulley for the same or less money, and better resale value than the flagship models, lightly modded.

Only option is a 5-speed automatic tranny, even on the SL55.

It's more of a luxury sport performance cruiser, with an accent on luxury and cruiser like most Mercedes cars. Still the new AMG cars are getting very quick because they are all fitted with superchargers these days. /images/graemlins/supergrin.gif

The SL is a classy car, but not in yellow. Mercedes needs to save that color for the SLK. I wouldn't mind having one when I get older, but right now I still don't have any real appreciation for the car personally.
