Just back from VOI.8 and couldn't believe the buzz we created by posting the first photos of the new Coupe before they even finished the annoucement. Here are the rest of my pics - sure wish I could have gotten the car in a well-lite area; maybe next time someone will give me better access. /images/graemlins/wink

I love it. I have always been an SRT fan. Is it perfect....no, but I think it is a well excited car. I look forward to putting one in my garage.

I'm really bummed I didn't have better lighting; I didn't take my "good" camera's flash because I was only planning on using it at the track and my G5's flash was too under-powered to get the whole car.

The pic above is with my Nikon D1X sitting about 40 yards away because I had my honker of a lens on; and with no flash more than a few turned out blurry. We did try moving the rails around, but the security people weren't too happy about it. There are a few with the front rails gone, but not alot. Someone knocked over one of the poles and nearly hit the car, so once that happened, they put a stop to people messing with them.

Maybe next VOI I can get someone to give me some better access so I can do a better job.

I almost forgot - while the Coupe was up in center stage, Big Carrot popped open the door and climbed in! No kidding! Trey got a pic before security could work they way over and scoot him away from the car.

I like the front of the coupe...but the rear end just urkes me.

I think it's a beautiful reincarnation of the GTS. It'll be a few years before I can get my hands on one, but it'll be worth it.
