TEXAS 2000 Rally

I'm organizing a rally for early 2004 and am inquiring about interest. This rally will include Vipers, as well as other exotics, and will be limited to 100 vehicles. With the Gumball 3000 entry fee of $13,000+ , I am certain that I am not the only one that would love to participate in the rally but not $13,000 worth of love! The Texas 2000 will cover 2017 miles around the boarders of Texas. The start piont will be Denton and will then transverse the following cities : Wichita Falls, Vernon, Lubbock, Andrews, Odessa, Ft. Stockton, Comstock, Del Rio, Eagle Pass, Lerado, Roma, Brownsville, Kingston, Chapman Ranch, Corpus Christi, Odem, Port Lavaca, Bay City, Freeport, Galveston, Beaumont, Evadale, Kirbvville, Brookeland, and Carthage. I am thinking that this event will be a Fri, Sat, Sun, and Monday event with 4 major lay-over points and several points of interest in between. So, what is your thoughts about the participation in such an event? Thanks, Robert Millsap

Shit thats just too damn long in the car. Ive typically had enough after a 4-6 hour dosage. Personally I wouldnt be interested.
I am interested. but Texas is HARD on those Gumballers. I put my app in for the Gumball in May, but I doubt I will get in.

What kind of entry fee you looking at? I have a place we can stop in between Denton and Wichita Falls. PM, I might be interested in helping you out.
