WE JUST GOT IT RUNNING THURSDAY. 300 BREAKIN MILES AND NO REAL TUNING AS OF YET. HERE IS THE BASELINE ON THE DYNO: 586.7 RWHP & 583.5 RW TQ. THE CAR IS A JOY TO DRIVE. WITH A 140 RW TORQUE GAIN OVER STOCK, ITS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CAR AT ALL RPM'S.

It is all motor. I think there is quite a bit more available power with some tweaking.

I was watching the a/f on the wideband so I was not able to video the car on the dyno. I may take it out for a brief run tomorrow and get some in car video of some 3rd and 4th gear pulls.

To drive the car feels stronger than the dyno numbers indicate. Hopefully we will get it to the track when it cools down here in TX.

Anthony - will get you a ride in it this coming week after the rain goes away.

rwhp - actually we offer head/cam packages that offer 540 - 570+ rw hp - take a look at our website for more info in the head/cam section. The Gen 3 stock 1.75 rockers will not work on a gen 2.

Jerome - actually I was hoping to see a greater power output on the Gen 3. The intake manifold is becoming a very big restriction. We are going to test this same car with a Gen 2 intake soon to see how much power we are leaving on the table. The twin turbo srt will be running soon and boost will most likely overcome the shortcoming of the factory intake design.

Snakebit - I had spoken to somebody at Sony a while back about PS but had not heard anything lately. Did they confirm that they will use the Venom 650R for their GT4? This would be the first I have heard of this.

Our SRT packages will also be branded as Venom's. Thanks for asking!
