No probs with mine. Are you sure you're getting to all four bolts? Their hidden away pretty good.
RT10 SportBar issues
anyone else ever notice an unsightly gapping between the black interior section and the exterior color sectiob of the sportbar of your RT10? ive tried tightening it up and still a gap of about 1/8".

It should fit snug is something obstrucing it like dirt?
Tightining the nuts in a different order might work.
Might be worth running a tap through the threaded holes - and
maybe a die over the bolt threads. These threads have a tendency to
get a little distorted over time.
