It seems I am about to purchase a 1993 Viper in perfect shape but the right rear rim (stock 3 spoke) has a couple of curb spots on it. The rest of them are perfect. Needless to sya it drivers me nuts so my question is...is there any place that can fix the edge of that rim and finish it to look like new? My other thought was that I love the look of the 2001 2002 sock viper wheels. Will they fit on a 1993 viper without modification and where would a good spot be to purchase some newer style wheels (hopefully a nice used set) or is there an aftermarket company that makes them that looks just like the stock 2001 wheels for much less.

Thanks
Jason Hiland

He did realize this after he posted and did put this up in the correct forum.

Look at the date, this is an older post that was answered some time ago.

OK, now that I have added to my post count in this thread I will just let it die out. /images/graemlins/laughing.gif

I moved this thread over here from vendors discussion. It seems to be posted in the wrong forum.

Ok I'll help ya out since these guys are all post whoring..the nerve of people.

I would 1000000% recommend going to the newer style wheels, it will give the car a totally updated look for minimal cost plus they are 18" wheels and are much easier to find that tire size as opposed to the 17's that are on it now. You won't need to do any modifications except maybe have your speedo calibrated but it won't be off by much anyway.

Seeing how people don't read all of the thread before they post.
