refresh the page & the back button

I am on a page like "Anything Goes" and after a while I hit the refresh button to show the new posts. I go into a thread and when I am done I hit the back button. But instead of getting the refreshed version on "Anything Goes" I get the original from when I first went into "Anything Goes". Any thoughts??

Its an odd thing with browsers and their cache. I get the same thing from time to time.

My MAC always exhibits that behaviour. It works most of the time when browsing from a PC with IE.

I'd love a "back" button. On every page, an option to go back to the previous page. That would help for people like me who have no "back" button. I have no idea why, but my Netscape "back" button goes out all the time.
