The new format seems fine, but having the qoute / edit buttons at the bottom of the post instead of the top has screwed things up. I see many references to quotes that are from the post above the one the quote was intended to come from. This has happened to me on numerous occaisions and it's a pain to go back and edit to grab the right quote. Perhaps we'll all adjust in time.

I've done the same myself, but think (hope) people will get used to the new layout. There was alot of wasted space on the Post Extras line where the subject would often get cut into more than one line. Just seemed like a better use of space.
