You have to notch the frame on the driver side for the pan and you have to cut the frame on the passenger side to acquire some more clearance for the pan. You have to re-do all the sheet metal on the passenger side to do so as well.I always wondered if anyone did that swap...what does it involve? Sounds like a natural progression for those wanting consistency at the dragstrip.

Gear vendors Overdrive/under drive starts to have problems once you get to 1200 LBS/Ft...... Donato told me the GV OD/UD was always the limiting factor in SVS's mile runs. When they went 231.6, I believe the GV unit broke as they crossed the line. They had more than enough power to go 240-250. The driveline part of this equation was what held them back. This is what I have been told from a 3rd party(Donato)
