Guys, if you look at a 18" "R" (flat lip) HRE wheel and compare its center section (5 spoke, or 6 spoke design etc.) to a regular non "R" 19" HRE wheel, is the diameter of the center section about the same, or is the 19" non "R" still bigger on the center piece?

I think the shape of the inside of the barrel is the main difference.
