Problems ?

I purchased my truck in January at which time I sold my mod. 01 Lightning. My truck has been in 7 times for a check engine light that was finally tracked to a vacuum. Then my build number was recalled for cam bolts that made come loose and need to be re torqued (1 week). Today a leaking hose caused my truck to overheat and collapse one of my valves. This truck is a daily driver. I am concerned about what would cause a hose to fail at 3,900 miles and if it could cause additional problems which may not pop up now. Should I dump this vehicle on dodge?
