[XS TORQ]

I am thinking of fighting a speeding ticket I got recently. Not because I didn't deserve it, but because the officer didn't get me on radar, didn't pace me, etc. He just said "he could tell I was speeding". Also, I don't want my insurance rates to go any higher. 2 tickets on my record, one getting ready to clear.
Any assistance would be appreciated!
