I just noticed my personal message capacity says it is 169.6% full?! Yet I can still send and receive PMs. So what's the deal with the capacity limit?

It's a "soft limit" right now, you can ignore it. I'm looking into a system where Supporters can have much higher limits of PMs than others. In the meantime, there is nothing to rpevent you from having as many PMs as you want (I've got like 4,500 in mine).
