Looks to me like a throwback to the Camaro's of the late 60's. Kind of like Ford is doing with the 2005 Mustang. But I thought they didn't make the Camaro or Firebird anymore. Here's a 69 Camaro.

Those pics are just a re-badged 2005 mustang (the track one, forget designation.)
You're kidding right? These pics originated just like this a couple months back.

I like the look of it. That was actually done by a student who wanted to come up with an idea for the next camaro. The design is in no way a General Motors product though I wish it were. I might go for a car like that.

The fact that a kid designed it and not GM sorta throws a wrench into it being made. I am with you though Smokin, I would like to see it done... and done right.

You're talking about this:

But Makara is right, this is a design done by some kid. The orange one came out in the September 2003 issue of Popular Hot Rodding, and the green one was a followup in the December issue. No way they'll build it, GM is too busy with ugly shit like their boxy Cadillacs and figuring out how to rebrand all those left-over Aztec body panels.

By the way, the kid is good.

In this month's issue, he takes a stab at what Chrysler should do with the Charger in 2006.
They could do worse than to follow his lead.

I think you're forgetting that man had the Corolla to his name.
The Corolla, man...
