The front wheels actually turn 20 degrees left and right, and at the same time tilts 45 degrees, left and right. Each wheel features 20" disc brakes. here is a better view of the joint that makes it turn:

Headlamps articulate with wheels. The last that I had heard about price was that it was going for quarter of a million. I think Dodge is kind of smart to make it expensive: you damn straight don't want a bunch of lunatics buying these things and driving 'em on your roads!

But this vehicle is clearly all for bragging rights. And you gotta admit... it's one bad-ass MoFu.
