well I hope these wont get deleted here lol
This GT2 was modded with a bigger turbo with some other goodies :bowdown: The guy who owned it was pretty cool, and said he had 600bhp, I believe him. this is first race from a roll, I was in 3rd gear as was he, I should have been in 2nd but what the hell /images/graemlins/lurk.gif
2nd run was from a dig and is worth a million bucks /images/graemlins/yay.gif typical of a porche driver /images/graemlins/gr_driving3.gif

You TOASTED that GT2 from the start. Wonder how the race would have been on a roll if you started from 2nd. How fast were you going?

Errr Mike. I believe there was some foul language emited from the cameraman. This is a no no at the Alley. We mods will discuss (covertly of course) and advise.

from a roll we went from 60 to around 120. From a dig, I stayed on that sucker till about 150 or so, I have another video of that run from my car, I'm waiting for my friend to send it to me :arcade:

I do have modds, I got hid lights, chrome ac knobs, chrome side sills, chrome fire extinguisher, and 5pt harnesses

I'm working on getting some heads/cam for the beast right now :nod:

60MPH. Yep. You should have been in second. Actually, that is a great speed to begin in second. Your right in the power band, but still have a good 20-25 MPH (give or take) before shifting into third.

Here's a tip: When someone wants to race from a roll, about 55 MPH in second is PERFECT. I doubt ANY obtainable production car can accelerate from 55-85 like the Viper. If you have 3.55 gears, drop the speed down to 48 MPH, give or take. Punch that sucker from a second gear roll and watch the front end lift.

I used to prefer to downshift from 5th to 3rd at 80 mph, until I tore a motor mount insulator...and went to 3.45's...I like a roll from 50...what a torque monster!

I know I should have been in 2nd, I just didnt want to miss 3rd gear which still haunts me sometime
