Clayton with his postive rear camber ACR
Yeah, I had a little bit of an alignment issue. I guess that’s what happens when the suspension component you need to put the rear of the car back together doesn’t get shipped when its supposed to, and when they do get it shipped, they ship the wrong part…twice, and then they discover that they don’t actually have the part I need in stock, so I have to get it from someone else, who again doesn’t ship when they were supposed to, and when the right part finally gets shipped, UPS thinks that early morning airfreight delivery (supposed to be there by 8:00 a.m.) actually means they should deliver at 4:00 p.m., and then, when I finally get the part, it doesn’t come with the ball joint like it was supposed to, so I have to find another one………………all of which means I didn’t get the car ready until 2:00 a.m. the morning of the event and then could not really get an accurate alignment because the smart camber gauge I borrowed would not attach to the wheel………………

In retrospect, I think the consensus from the rest of the field was that it was a good thing I had alignment issues, that way the rest of you old ladies had a chance of keeping up with me. /images/graemlins/supergrin.gif
Anyway, it was a great event. We all had a lot of fun and, like Chip said, we plan on doing this several times a year, so the rest of you guys need to get the cars out of the garage and COME TO THE TRACK!
