Norwalk Viper Nationals \"Fast cars allowed\"

simple; if you have a nine second car or better all thats needed is a minimum of four of you to commit to race and VIOLA' you have a class, a purse, some shiny pretty awards and beer, steak, and lobster. now isnt that simple.

unless im waaay off focus here thats how it is, its not that nine second or faster cars are not allowed its that a minimum of four are required to commit so as to make a divisionf for them to race.

pauls on .morgue is the man to talk to.

Good thing I'm slow and will get lumped in Mod 2 with all the slow blower cars that can't run 9's. :leaving:
Re: Norwalk Viper Nationals \"Fast cars allowed\"

If only 3 real fast Vipers come, I'll volunteer to be the 4th so they can run. I figure to have the best seat in the house watching the one I run against zoom on past me.
Re: Norwalk Viper Nationals

The rules and intentions towards the unlimited cars were set forth a long time ago. There was far more importance placed on the Mod 2 class than Vipers that run 9.5 or 8.9. So I gave up on the idea of bringing a "fast" Viper in favor of running in the Mod 2.

We hope to compete with the 10.2-10.5 Mod 2 cars for the OH deal. If you guys want to see some low 9 and high 8-sec Viper passes, then come down to Texas this Fall and Winter.
Re: Norwalk Viper Nationals

Check out the other thread where I hope I addressed these continuing concerns.
Re: Norwalk Viper Nationals

Oh boy, I can't wait for the Texas races this year! I'll definitely have to be there!
