Several reasons, I haven't yet, but some reasons are I don't want to race everyone and that sort of gets them off your a_ _. I have the money, but just haven't yet because it is a ricer move. that same purge system should be able to be connected if I ever decide to spray shouldn't it? I'm not sure. Like I said, I haven't yet for many reasons. But yes, you're right.

No...it would not...maybe the line and fitting where the purge exits, but that's about it...

I'm new to the forum obviously. I'v had my viper a year and have just gotten around to toying with it. It is a gay topic, but it was a sincere question. I'm not a ricer, but I do like the purging of nitrous that I've seen on a Hennessey. I just thought it was cool. I don't want to comit to spray just yet. Probably SCi first...Heffner maybe. I am a dentist and a filling station? I do mostly cosmetics and odd stuff.

I love your levity. You can actually use dental N20. but of course autos use more of the liquid and well, you know...we like the gas immediately above the liquid form. Both make you laugh...one makes you laugh due to starving your brain of O2 and the other makes you laugh as you blow by Z06. Know what I mean? Are you spraying?

Uhm...I'm gonna have to exercise my 5th ammendment rights on that one...but this is a pic of my RT's trunk...This is a new "spare tire" product I am trying on...who knew that just by replacing the spare, with this upgraded version, would net an additonal 100 rwhp and 200 rwtq...amazing!

You don't need spray to dust off Z-06s with a Viper. Stock will do nicely.

Yes, very nice. Sorry for the goof, I've begun to look at the history of the forums and I have seen this pic AFTER I just replied with that bonehead question...."uh, are you spraying." You replied in fine fashion. Jesus those bottles are huge. what are the ramifications of engine wear/life/expectancy if you continusously spray? Who did the work, how much was it and wa sit worth it?

You don't continuously spray...only at WOT, between 2900 rpms and 5650 rpms...and even then, only when absolutely necassary...I did the installation myself, with the technical assistance of a few other viper owners...I went a little overboard with the "gadgets", so I have about $3K just in parts...100 - 150 shot is fine for our V10's...as long as it is used with the proper A/F mixture...I am still tuning her up, but I know of several vipers who have run 40 some odd bottles through their V10...with no problems at all...WORTH EVERY PENNEY!

an 03 ZO6 is STIFF!!! What irks me, though is that they advertise it as a viper killer at the chevy dealership and that it has a 0-60 in 3.9. I guess they're doing nitrous themselves.

Makaha, if you choose to do a Heffner SC system you wont be sorry. But HOOK UP YOUR SPRAY!! There is no point in having it unless its going INTO the engine.

smoke, can i get the piping and braided hoses from the heffner kit, but not actually put on the JT-trim? i am also inerested in some sort of whistle....

Since I'm poor - I could only afford the 1/2 price special spare tire kit. I don't actually fill the bottle b/c I believe in "all show and no go."
