Is it a large dealership? If you raise enough hell, you should be able to get some shocks out of the deal. Sqeaky wheel gets the grease! Go to the top if you have to, but don't stop bitching. Be polite, but persistant!

Mark , I agree with BC on this one..I'd be there worst nightmare, tell them that your tightly knit in the Viper community and you'll make it a point to post your bad experience on all the boards. Mark , save your yourself from the added frustration and litigation fee's..If all you have is he said she said you don't have a leg to stand on.

Take this one in the shorts and cut your loss's..But make it very clear to the dealer/seller that what he saved in shafting you will cost him expedentially more.

Post his name and contact info here on the board and we can mentally mind fuck with him like no other /images/graemlins/smile.gif
