need some ammo vs rice

at work, there are some (okay, almost everyone there) who thinks vipers are dogs, and that a civic stock can beat a viper to about the 8th mile (about stoplight 2 stoplight) and frankly, they know nothing about it. any ammo you can give me would be great :-D
