Hi,

i just spoke to the folks at Stevens Creek Dodge and they told me they have no more Viper techs...
Both their techs quit and started working for Mercedes instead. No tech at stevens creek for another
6 months they tell me.

Where should i take my car??? Any suggestions??? Ideally somewhere on the peninsula.

I've heard some bad things about regal dodge, nothing first hand so it could just be bad rumours. Do you have personal experiences with them?

I've used Ted before but he can't do warranty work. He is not affiliated with Dodge in any way.

BTW. any work you need done on the viper, Ted is a good guy. He took good care of me for some aftermarket stuff i put on (just exhaust, brakes and some other stuff).
A good guy!

Go talk to the Viper Tech at Capitol Dodge.I have heard good thing's about that guy.I think his name is Paul with an Italian sounding last name.

As for Ted May- i've been trying to get my warrantee from him for over a year, and last week he tell's me"I don't know anyone at the dealership any more, they all left"I've called that guy 30 times at least, and been to his shop 5 times.I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I'm feeling kinda fucked at this point.Nathan-Your dad Marv told me to go to Ted and he would take care of me.That wasn't the case. The way your dad handeled the car transaction was all first class.

Don't get me wrong,I think Ted is a good guy, he helped me out when I needed a new rear brake light and his guy Steve even told me how to replace it.But I still don't have a warrantee.

Yeah,

i know Ted. He is good for the aftermarket stuff but he can't do anything for warranty. He tried to setup a deal with Stevens Creek Dodge (his former employer) so he would do some warranty work on a sub-contract basis with them but that never really materialized. I think he sort of wished for some things to happen but it just didn't play out that way.

HE is still a really good guy in my book -i just can't get my warranty stuff from him.

I'll check out Capitol dodge. I've heard someone else mention their name as being a good place to get warranty work done on the viper.

Its out of you way, but the viper tech up in the Sacramento area is great. Randall at Folosm Lake Dodge and Chris at Autowest Dodge in Roseville are both great super conscienscous techs.

All I know is, I wouldn't go to Regal Dodge to have air put in the tires of my Neon. Course, last I dealt with them was several years ago before I bought my car, but thats how good an impression they made.

I'm in the same boat now too, so let me know how Capitol works out. SC was great.
