I vote yes.
The smack from him is even worse than mine, and that is saying something. That is why for the most part I keep my mouth shut during Smackfest 2003 /images/graemlins/laughing.gif
He/she is like duh tony, dv22 (just the spelling part, we like dv22), battlebot, etc. all rolled into one

I was the second no. the Z06 and other forums didn't ban us and when rallyfreak banned a few, I felt that it was wrong. Sure the dude is annoying, but he didn't do anything to get banned in my opinion. Seems to me he just likes to talk smack, probably a spoiled brat who hates authority and is still rebelling.

Sorry but I feel insulting family like he/she has done to some people here, crosses the line. If someone was to say those things to my face they would be going to the hospital and I would be going back to jail.

Family comments are out of line indeed, but I feel the "yo momma" comments are not to be taken too seriously. The guy just wants some attention, that's all. Are we that thin skinned? Funny how when we have some action over here, everybody wants to make it go away. Why?

Gotta agree with the seeming majority here. Disagreeing is not the problem here and IMO is not a valid reason to ban. This child is simply ugly and obnoxious and, sadly, singular in EVERY post, his opinions not withstanding. He adds nothing...not even smack fodder and is a psychotic quick bore. /images/graemlins/wave.gif

In accordance with site regulations the rhythm is suspended from VA. This poll has been up for well over an hour, there have been well over 10 votes cast, and majority far exceeds 66%. His suspension will become permanent in 72 hours unless the vote shows that there are not 66% of the members voting in that timeframe in favor of his banning.
I think he is doing nothing but writing a lot of rupugnant language just to get under our skin. Nothing else really bothers anybody here except redundantly posted bad language written with an elementary wit.
I understand the sportmanship of whipping someone into shape but this guy is a boneheaded potty mouth (that in and of itself is funny).
He obviously can't match wits with Serious or many others here and he has no creativity in his smack. So based on his obnoxious lack of consciousness he should be banned.

i say let him stay. he is just trying to follow our lead and have some fun. you shouldnt ban a guy for not being as smart or witty as eric. hell if that were the case it would just be me and eric left on this board!
