even i have to agree on this one. while im not in favor of banning trolls unless they are just uncontrollable, i do believe that people who take advantage of our members should be the very first to go.
For those who may not know the story.
1) David Wilks has multiple court judgements against him for theft (including ripping off Viper owners)
2) David has stolen Vipers, and used them without authorization at racing events
3) David has been convicted of various crimes and done time in jail for them
4) David recently lied to a Viper owner on this site about work he could/would do
5) David is known to many in the Viper community as a thief, criminal, and a guy who preys on innocent people
6) David recently caused a commotion on the Subaru site when he apparently stole a car and parted it out to members of that site, including an engine block with the VIN number scratched off
Bottom line is that he is a KNOWN and CONVICTED criminal, and he still posts on this site trolling for new prey who he can rip off.
The poll is to ban him to prevent innocent board members being sucked into one of his scams, and also to prevent people like him from advertising on this board.
I urge all members to vote for banning this individual.
