I was at Maxwell watching my buddy's 67 Vette on the dyno when DW fired up,(for the first time), the Viper that they have been building. It is a TNT heads and cam , TNT nitrous system , ARROW stroker (505) , Roe blower ,ROE fuel system GTS that has been lurking around town for a while in TNT trim. I ran him on the street a long time ago with my old NOS Viper , but now it looks like this will be the fastest street car in town. I am pretty sure that this car will be way into the 9's with his slicks and skinnys. Before the blower and stroker he was running mid 10's.

Check out Randy's 67 Vette , L88 heads , big block 427, that made 408 hp and 425 TQ today. Can you believe that I found a set of 1967, (the first year of personal plates in Texas) personalized red letter plates that matched his initials in my plate collection. Here in Texas we can register old plates if we give up the current plates.

This car popped up in the local paper a couple of years ago and I called Randy and told him about it, then he "stole" it from the guy and turned it into a show winner. the paint is perfect!

Viper Spray,
There are not too many cars that I would trade my Viper for, but your buddys mid year....oh, in a heartbeat. That and the Marina blue with the black stinger...some of my all time favorites. Maybe I am bad for that, but there is something about a clean big block mid year with side exhaust...very hot.
Later,
Joe

The interior , top and chrome are all perfect. It runs like a raped ape also. You would shit if you knew what he paid for it , of course he has done a lot of work since then.

Just get the jack out and jack it up and pull the tire off and the batt. box cover like any other Viper. Or pop the hood and jump it from the jump point. Duh!
Spray, he hasnt seen his viper in person yet. not a stupid question for those that havent seen their engine bay yet...

I can't wait to see Mark's car run, it should be fast, but I'm not sure about the fastest street car in town....:)
