MGW First Strike Shift Knob

I like the Gen 3 logo shown here better than the sneaky pete. Will this knob fit the Gen II's or do Gen 3's use a different size?

I have the same knob in Red in my '96. Love it. Not sure if it was pulled from Gen3 stock or not. When I called MGW I just asked for the first strike knob with the Fang medalion on it and told George it was for my '96.
