I would like to recommend In my opinion the top Tuners that support the V-10 Nationals

First You have to look at Racing Solutions out of Houston. They have the Worlds Quickest Viper and have proved to be the Top since the V-10 Nationals has started. They offer a complete line of Top quality applications from Direct Port NOS to All MOTOR and Forced Induction such as SUperchargers and my personal car which is Twin Turbo 1000 plus RWHP

Second

Underground Racing
Kevin Howeth has Done more than other SUper Tuners in his first year in Business than other Blower tuners have done in Multiple years. Think about it his first time at the track he ran 9's with a stock bottom end! That is impressive and I dont think enough has been said about that. He now has multiple cars running in the 9's. I think he sells a Promised 9 second Package for less than 20 Grand. (Perhaps the best deal going)

Macedo Motorsports

Larry has proven to be one of the best Customer service Techs I have ever seen. He is loyal to his customers and takes care of them! I like this in a Tuner! He has tuned many Roe Blower APplications that has proven to be consistant and winners in Multiple classes in the V-10 Nationals!

ALl of these above have been a long term supporter of the V-10 Nationals and I appreciate their hard work and LEVEL of committment to make the series a success.

As for a Vendor There is No one that Compares to PARTSRACK.COM Jon be has pumped Thausands of Dollars into the series!

if your looking for upgrades you need to check these guys out they will stand by you for sure.

I know that other TUners are there and are reputable, but these three stand out in my book for what that is worth.

Nice writeup mate but what about SVSi? Aren't they a sponsor? I'm pretty sure I read they were. /images/graemlins/smiles :thumb:

Edit - just read the last line.
You are only considered a sponsor for the V10 Nationals if you are sponsoring the next or current race. It does take money to run these events and over time sponsors will hopefully step up and commit for an entire racing season as opposed to a race here and a race there.

You are only considered a sponsor for the V10 Nationals if you are sponsoring the next or current race. Does not seem to matter if you have helped out financially and in other ways in the past.
Thanks for clearing that up.

Saying what you feel and taking the chance to put up a fence is one hell of a ballsy move. David is not saying that the others are bad, I think but the ones that has been there race after race with support.

SVS has been around for years with interest in land speed records and other types of racing. New to drag racing at the V-10 Nationals I know that by this time next year they will make Davids list without a doubt.

Ron
I know he is only listing those tuners who have provided support in various ways race after race, not making a good/bad list or insinuating those tuners not mentioned are bad (which I think he said himself, anyway). No need for him to insinuate anything about a tuner's reputation when there is a search function which can dig out information on that and there is the vendor discussion section.:)

Just a thought
Maybe David wants Underground and Macedo to go easy on him at the next race and feels this is better than talking shit. Underground knows how to get a jump, knows how to play the light. Larry has some fast cars that he brings to the races, one that pops the front wheels so why not give them a smile and a hand.

Yes please understand this is not a flame thread or a insult for those that cannot support every event. we are working hard to maximize everyones level of sponsorship.

I am hoping to land a deal with JEGS which will ease th load for all the sponsors. I am saying that between these guys mentioned they have put up the Majortiy of the Cash!

There are other individual that supplement the shortfalls and I am even more grateful to them!

ALot of progress is being made and soon this thing will stand strong on it's own.

HMS was a big inspiration in starting the series
Heffner has supported
BTR Performance
SVS
Sean Roe Racing
all these above are great people!

I cannot mention them I am just trying to highlight those that have really really went the extra mile to make sure we keep moving.

Mines a TNT car and I have had ZERO problems. They're not a big sponsor of the races, but as far as tuners go my car is awesome. I'm saving my pennies for an s/c and we'll see how they do with that.

Gerald ?????????? Hand in my pocket?

Since the race started 2 of these have been there for all Viper Owners! NO excuses. I stand beside them. the third is new but has stepped up big in the past several events.

Maybe if you want other Tuners on the list they should step up!

Seems as if your basis of what makes a top tuner is how much they financially support your race series. Not that any of the tuners you mention aren't very good at what they do, but how much money they give you has nothing to do with their quality as a tuner. You seem to be leaving Levin out of all your posts lately. What's that about? /images/graemlins/confused /images/graemlins/wtf

Not true at all! One of the Tuners Mentioned has not really given alot of Money, However he has given alot of time! Time with his customers. Time with Other Racers.

It is not just the Money! It is how the Tuners we spend our money with give back to the viper World.

All the tuners mentioned have been a big part of making the race a success. this is a avenue that makes owning a Viper a whole lot more fun! I will support them that support the races and I urge others to do the same. You will find that the people that support this race and other viper venues will be rewarded for the contributions they make BACK to the VIper Communitty.

Racing Solutions supported the V-10 Nationals before I was a Customer! Underground Racing and Larry Macedo Supported the V-10 Nationals and I am not a customer. Heffner, Roe, SVS, BTR, HMS all these people support the race FInancially which in returns gets them a plug from me and Promotion from all avenues of the race.

Maybe Levin Left himself out /images/graemlins/dunno He dont come or support the races, that is his choice not mine. That is the reason he is not on the list.

Not even sure Why Levin is being Brought up in a thread that is to give credit to people who support the race???
