I am a "member" of the VCA but am pretty pissed that they wont allow videos to be shown. I understand the issue with street racing but, they should atleast have a disclaimer. Anyway, I have been lurking a lot today and noticed that there are A LOT of you that are from the other site. Everyone seems pretty cool and laid back. I have laughed my ass off a lot today reading some of the posts and humor that you guys/gals have. Looks like Im in the right place. :nod: I plan to get a Viper here soon (if all goes well(I pray!)). I will be lurking and posting some on the other site but, I think I will spend a lot of time here as well getting to know everyone and having some good laughs.

Hey Austin, saw you on the other site. I too was a little dissapointed. But everything happens for a reason. Can't be pissed at people for making decisions, but I can make some too. I still think the VCA is a hell of a technical site which is great; just wished it had the flavour of this board. I am starting to notice however that there are alot of boys who know their shit around here too.

Yeah, the VCA isnt a bad site. You can learn a lot from over there but, like you said, it has no "flavor" to it. I have read many of the posts here in last day and I can tell that everyone seems to know about cars and especially Vipers. I respect the decisions that were made on the VCA but, I still want to see videos and have a good time. I cant wait to meet some of you from Houston (and other places) when I get the Viper. I hear Houston (TX for that matter) has some of the fastest and most bad ass Vipers around. I saw 2 SRT's yesterday when I went into Houston. 1 black and 1 red. Dont get me wrong, the SRT's arent ugly but, I still like the GEN 1 and 2's better.

LOL!! I really dont think they are ugly. They arent the best looking car but, they arent persay, "ugly". I LOVE the GTS!! To me Dodge fucked up by cutting out the GTS. I hear it wont be until 2005-2007 that another GTS will come out. :screwy: I think sales of the SRT will go down this year. I mean, DC isnt going to do yellow and there isnt a GTS, so.... I think making the SRT a full convert was a bad idea. Just my $.02.
