Even if the thing has brakes, how does the dude stop since he is separate from it. Perhaps the jacka$$ forgot that factor. The next photo was him going end over end when he hit the brakes on the thing but he kept going.

Maybe he has a parachute come out his a$$ at the same time like a funny car?

I was thinking that too, so I guess you can only apply the brakes slowly to slow down.
