Is a blue/white \'96 GTS considered a Pace car?

Also, what would be a decent price for a 2,000 miles blue and white GTS? I found one locally that I'm thinking about looking at but this particular dealer tends to price his cars a little too high. I'm thinking high 40's? Sound right?

High 40's? Maybe so if very very nice and needs nothing at all. I bought a 96' with 22k miles on it this Summer. It needed tires but other than that very nice. Nathan Rose help me sell it for low 40's. I paid lows 30's for the car though. I guess it just depends on the area too.
