Yes, Yes nobody ever does this... But in fact I was reading it.

A) I came up with a question: How do you rate someone else?

and B) When I tried to mail that question to the suggested email address of [email protected] I got a bounce back saying the account didn't exist.

You have to become a citizen. This happens Automaticly at 25 posts(I think that is the number now)

after that you just click on a persons User name and it takes you to their profile. It will then be obvious how you rate someone.

As for the Address not working I don't have a clue.
