Mobil 1 10w-30, and 10 qts (01) with a filter change. Unless you have a sump like me and then its 12 qts baby! My 99 originally had a shallower pan, which was only 8.5 qts as I recall, but I upgraded to the deeper pan from the newer cars and baffled it.
