How come I cant rate smack?

I have 25 posts, but I cant rate smack? Does it take more?

The critera ia < 25; now you have 26 - do you see the icon? Also, you cannot rate yourself.

dunno yet... If I can get some folks to go through what is posted on a regular basis to weed out smack from waste, I could bring it back online. But right now, I don't have time to baby sit it.q
